This will depend on what your present ISP offers when it comes to database services. In our experience, when an ISP allows its clients to create their own database on a “do it yourself basis”, it doesn't work out in the end. Let's face it, it never has. On the other hand, ISPs that offer to do it for you and send you the coordinates once it's functioning as part of their personalized customer service, those always work out well.
